Some deals on accommodations!
We looked into booking blocks of rooms at a group rate for everyone and got some at two different hotels. We have 15 rooms blocked off for our wedding guests at the Comfort Inn out near Magnetic Hill. They are going to be $80/night for 1 person, $93 for 2, $105 for 3 and $115 for 4. Anyone under 18 stays free in the same room as some adults. A couple of the rooms are equipped with pullouts for one person as well. The "bonus" at this hotel is that there is a $2.99 breakfast for guests of the hotel. I don't know if this means a continental or regular breakfast but it sounded like a decent deal to me. The number for this place is 1-800-228-5150.
The other hotel we got some rooms blocked at is right downtown and fairly close to the ceremony site and not too far from the reception. It is the Keddy's Brunswick Hotel and they are charging $79 for a single room(1 queen size bed) and $89 for a double room(2 double beds). These rates are based on two adult occupancy and they charge $10 more per adult. We have 10 rooms blocked at this hotel and they are half singles and half doubles. The number for this place is 1-800-561-7666.
To reserve rooms at either of these hotels just say that you are with the Delaney/Lancaster wedding or mention that they are booked under Tiresa Delaney. These rooms will be available at this rate until July 3rd, 2001.
